If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

Pack the item in the original packaging.

Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and reason for the return.

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with your contact details with the parcel.

All goods must arrive in their original, unused and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Griffin Technology. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You can request an RMA, or find out if you are eligible for a return, by contacting us at Contact Us. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed.
